Top 16 Books I Want to Read in 2016

Hi guys! Here is a list of the top 16 books I want to read in 2016! Most of these I wanted to have read in 2015 but just didn’t have the time. And then there’s Vampire Academy which I have been meaning to read for 5 years XD All of these have been released. There are other books I want to read that haven’t been released, as I said in my previous post : )

On my shelf:
1. The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
2. Legend by Marie Lu
3. The Young Elites by Marie Lu
4. Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
5. Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch
6. The Selection by Kiera Cass

To buy:
7. The rest of the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon
8. The Death Code by Lindsay Cummings
9. Shadow and Bone trilogy by Leigh Bardugo
10. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
11. Cinder by Marissa Meyer
12. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
13. Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
14. White Hot Kiss by Jennifer L Armentrout
15. Half Blood by Jennifer L Armentrout
16. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

I also have a problem… I was asked to join a read along group on Goodreads and the book we’re reading is Six of Crows but I’ve heard it’s set in the same universe as the Grisha trilogy so I don’t know if I should the Grisha trilogy first and then Six of Crows… And in any case I don’t think I can get any of the books in time… Or any new books for that matter because I can’t use my parents credit card for the next couple of months… :C

  1. You don’t have to read the Grisha trilogy before Six of Crows, but that’s what I’m doing. 🙂 I’ve read Legend, The Young Elites, Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Cinder, and the first two books in Grisha and they were all great. I want to read all the others except for Outlander. I hope you enjoy all of these! 😀 And just so you know, DOSAB is by Laini Taylor, not Marie Lu. 😉

      1. :O That’s so bad! My friend told me the end of Allegiant when I was only on Divergent, and it was like the ultimate betrayal. Poor you, you should read it anyway! X

  2. The selection is so good, definitely be sure to read it! I’m sure you’ll love it.
The Raven Boys is also a great book- I love Stiefvater’s writing. I have not finished that series yet, but the first book is very good 🙂
